Products and pricing: We sell BirTee Pro Speed+ golf tees and related packs. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to keep product details and availability accurate, but errors can happen, and we may correct them or cancel an affected order.

Orders: We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limits. Wholesale and bulk pricing is reserved for approved accounts.

Minimum order: Orders have a $60 minimum.

Payment: Payment is processed securely at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and returns: Shipping and returns are covered in our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy, which are part of these terms.

Where we ship: We ship within the United States only.

Intellectual property: All content on this site, including images, text, and logos, belongs to BirTee Golf USA or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: Products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BirTee Golf USA is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or this site.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
