Refund policy

We want you happy with your BirTees.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused packs in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@birteegolfusa.com with your order number.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items: If something arrives damaged, or you got the wrong product, email hello@birteegolfusa.com within 30 days and we will make it right.

Opened packs: For quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used tee packs.
